Our program is built upon the belief that the mentor - protege relationship is the most efficient and productive form of learning and growth. The mentor/mentee relationship is designed so that mentees can formulate goals and develop plans to achieve those goals.
We use evidence-based methods to help mentees create structure, avoid distractions, and develop effective planning tools, ensuring they build lasting, positive habits for their future success.
By using the network of the organization and our partners, we actively assist in connecting our mentees with organizations, opportunities, apprenticeships based on their desires and skill sets enabling to embark on successful career paths.
Initial Meeting
(Week 1)
Our focus is on developing the relationship, setting intentions, and crafting an action plan. We meet the mentee at a convenient location, whether it’s a coffee shop, a park, or their home.
Weekly Checkins
(Week 2 - 9)
We review your action plan, discuss obstacles, and navigate any relational challenges. We also focus on finding employment / apprenticeship opportunities and exploring creative pursuits.
Final Meeting
(Week 10)
We craft a long-term template for goal achievement and habit formation. Know that we are always here to support your journey.
